NSC | Fixed Asset Management > Additional Tips on How to Resolve Processes in Queue
When Fixed Asset Management Process, such as Asset Depreciation, is stuck in queue here are a few things you can do to resolve them:
A. Cancel FAM Processes stuck in queue
- Navigate to Fixed Assets > Background Processing > Status
- Click the Internal IDs link next to FAM Processes stuck in queue Note: Make sure to Edit all FAM Process stuck in Queue in the FAM Process Status page. Status: Failed
- Click Save
B. Update FAM Bundle
- Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List
- Click gear icon next to Fixed Assets Management
- Click Update and then Update Bundle
- Click Ok then wait until the Installation status is completed
