E-Commerce Shipping Options

Hello,

On the e-commerce web-store we have multiple shipping options and I have a couple of questions. Your kind help is appreciated!!!

  1. We have UPS set as the default store shipping method, why is it not being automatically selected from the list options? each ship item has a radio button in order to select it, it is auto selecting the first on the list not the default of UPS.
  2. it appears that the shipping options are in alphabetical order, so the top shipping method is being selected automatically, is that usual behavior? If so, how do I resort list?
  3. How do I not show the shipping options at all?
