NSC | Resolve Error: "The configured page custom_page_undefined does not exist." in Manuf. Mobile

Scenario

User encounters an error when trying to access Manufacturing Mobile page.

Error message: "The configured page custom_page_undefined does not exist."

Solution

Try these initial troubleshooting steps:

First, check if the SCM Mobile and Manufacturing Mobile bundles are updated.

This can be done by navigating to Customizations > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List, then check the mentioned bundles if already using the latest version.

If both bundles are already updated, another step you can try is to uninstall, then reinstall both bundles.

However, exercise caution when doing this because any customizations you have in SCM Mobile, WMS or Manufacturing Mobile will be removed as well.
