Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | Reorder Multiple field in Item Record is greyed out
Scenario
User wants to know why Reorder Multiple field is greyed out on their Item Record.
Solution
The Reorder Multiple field is greyed out because the Replenishment Method of the item is set to Time Phased or Material Requirements Planning. Reorder Multiple field is only available if the Replenishment Method is set to Reorder Point.
Based on the field help, this field allows you to enter the quantity you prefer to order of this item each time. Then, the Order Items page suggests ordering a quantity of this item that is always multiple of the number you enter.
For example, if the vendor only accepts orders in multiples of one thousand, you would enter 1000 in this field. Then, the Order items page might suggest that you order 1000 or 2000, but not 1500.
