NSC | Resolve Unexpected Error in Supply Planning Event Log
Scenario
User receives an error when refreshing the data for the Supply Planning Repository.
Error message: An unexpected error occurred during the Material Requirements Planning process.
Solution
The error received can be due to items where the Lot Sizing Method was set to Fixed Lot Multiple but the Fixed Lot Multiple Column was set to 0.
To check, you can create an Item Saved Search:
1.) Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2.) Select Item
3.) On Criteria Tab add the following fields:
a.) Location Supply Lot Sizing Method = Fixed Lot Multiple
b.) Location Fixed Lot Multiple = equal to 0
4.) Click Save & Run
