NSC | Custom Layout as Default on Standard Financial Statements
Scenario
User customized a report but when he opens the standard report or changes the subsidiary context on the report, it is reverting to the original standard layout. User wants the customized layout to be the default one for all the subsidiaries.
Solution
This is a standard behavior in NetSuite as customization of a financial report is on a per-subsidiary basis. You need to set the Row Layout Assignment to the Customized Layout per Subsidiary. You need both the Financial Statements permission and the Report Customization permission to modify financial statement layouts.
