NSC | Search & Install Bundles > Smart Count Foundation > Bundle Not Showing
Scenario
User wants to know why they cannot see the Smart Count Foundation from Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles page.
Solution
The common reason that a bundle cannot be searched, even using the proper keywords, is due to the bundle not being provisioned to the user.
If you also check this article: NetSuite Applications Suite - Installing the Smart Count SuiteApp (oracle.com) it says, "Before you install the Smart Count SuiteApp, contact your NetSuite account manager for provisioning the Smart Count Foundation bundle in your NetSuite account.
After the Smart Count Foundation bundle is provisioned, you can install it using the following steps..
