NSC | Fixed Asset > Asset Depreciation Journal > Memo > No Depreciation Reference
When depreciating assets through Fixed Assets > Transactions > Asset Depreciation. The user inputs a Depreciation Reference but once the Depreciation Journal was generated, it was not included in the Memo line.
As you can see on the second photo, the Memo line was populated with the Asset Type that was depreciated which is MK | Asset Type 2024 (FAM). This is currently how the system works. An enhancement has already been filed for this concern and is documented in Enhancement: 716021 Fixed Assets > Asset Depreciation > Depreciation Reference to show in the Memo field of Depreciation Journal Entry. What we can do is to manually edit the Journal Entry and input the Depreciation Reference.
