NSC | ABSI > Is it possible to import multiple Bank Statement in a day?
The Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) SuiteApp allows you to automatically import bank statement files into NetSuite on a daily basis. However, as of the moment, only 1 bank statement can be imported daily.
An enhancement has already been filed for this concern and is documented in Enhancement: 617472 Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) > Ability to import multiple bank files.
However, here’s an alternative solution:
- Update the Format Profile Record: Modify the format profile that utilizes an SFTP connection by editing and saving the record, even without making any changes. Each time you save a Format Profile record, the system initiates the process to retrieve and import the bank statement file.
