The Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) SuiteApp allows you to automatically import bank statement files into NetSuite on a daily basis. However, as of the moment, only 1 bank statement can be imported daily.
An enhancement has already been filed for this concern and is documented in Enhancement: 617472 Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) > Ability to import multiple bank files.
However, here’s an alternative solution:
- Update the Format Profile Record: Modify the format profile that utilizes an SFTP connection by editing and saving the record, even without making any changes. Each time you save a Format Profile record, the system initiates the process to retrieve and import the bank statement file.
- Update the Match Bank Data Page: Refresh your account with the latest bank data by clicking the "Update Imported Bank Data" button on the Match Bank Data page. Please note that If you have multiple accounts in your Match Bank Data, this method is not recommended. It will only retrieve bank data for the selected account, leaving data from other accounts unretrieved and potentially lost.
