NSC | How To Show Missing Locations In Sales Order
Scenario: User is unable to view the all the Locations in the dropdown list when creating Sales Order.
Here is a workaround to show all the Locations when the list does not show all the available or incorrect Locations:
- Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Create Invoices
- Set the following fields: Customer
- Click the Location list
- Enter "%" and wait for the list to load
Please note that by clicking other fields or sections in the form, the list may revert to the incorrect list.
