NSC | How To Check Sales Order Created Every Hour?

Scenario: User would like to check the Sales Orders that are created every hour.

This is possible to achieve by creating a Transaction Saved Search with Formula.

Here are the steps we may take:

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Search > All Saved Searches > New
2.  Select Transaction
3. On Criteria, select the following:

  • Type = Sales Order
  • Main Line = True
  • System Notes fields...: Type = Create
  • Source = Set any preferred source

4. On the Results tab, check Show Totals and add the following:

  • Type
  • Document number
  • Source
  • Date Created
  • System Notes fields...: Date
  • Formula (Numeric) | Formula = TO_CHAR({systemnotes.date}, 'hh24') | Custom Label = Hour
  • Formula (Numeric) | Formula = CASE WHEN TO_CHAR({systemnotes.date}, 'hh24') = 10 Then 1 else null end | Custom Label = 9 AM

Howdy, Stranger!
