NSC | How To Resolve Unable To Add Address in Vendor Record?

Scenario: User using the Administrator Role cannot add Addresses to Vendor records as the pencil icon is missing on the Address list.

To resolve this, here are the steps we may take:

  1. Go to Lists > Relationships > Vendors
  2. Open the Vendor record
  3. Check if the pencil icon is still missing
  4. Perform a hard refresh by typing CTRL-SHIFT-R

This may be due to the browser not running with the updated version of NetSuite codes. To ensure that the browser pulls up the most recent and up-to-date data from the NetSuite System, it is recommended to hard refresh the browser and clear the cache.
