Unable to process payments manually after Enable Payment link and Payment Instruments
We recently attempted to enable the payment link feature in our NetSuite account to accept payments via e-invoice. In my last post, I thought it was CyberSource Payment Bundle issue; however, it's not.
I installed the CyberSource payment bundle in NetSuite and completed the setup. When I enabled the payment link and payment instrument in Setup, I noticed that there's no field available for manually entering credit card information.
I've attached two screenshots for your reference: the first one is before I enabled the payment link and payment instrument, and the second one is after I enabled them.
I'm wondering if the installation of the CyberSource Bundles might not be compatible with our NetSuite configuration, or if there's something I'm missing.
