NSC | Expense Report > Attach File > Unexpected Error
Scenario: The user has attached a file on the line item of the Expense Report but encountered an Unexpected Error.
Solution:
Here's what you can do:
- Basic Troubleshooting: Clear Cache / Change Browser
- Log in and out of your NetSuite Account
- Make sure that the file you are attaching is saved on the local computer
If the steps above did not solve the error, here's an alternate solution:
- Attach the file on Communication tab.
