Enter Completions inventory detail

Is the Enter Completions page actually functional? I've been trying to use it as I'd like to do multiple completions at once, but I'm getting an error when I have backflush unchecked to fill in inventory details, and if backflush is checked, to fill in starting and ending operations. I cannot find any of those 3 fields under customize so I'm wondering how this page actually works. Is this page really only used if you don't use bins? we have advanced manufacturing, and the tablets are set to pull automatically and place automatically depending on the work center, is there
