NSC | Statistical Accounts > Balances as of a Specific Date
Scenario:
User would like to create a Saved Search which will show the balances of the Statistical Accounts per period.
Solution:
1. Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New > selectTransaction
2. Rename the search.
3. Under the Criteria tab:
- Standard Sublist Filter: Statistical is True
- Standard Sublist Filter: Date is on or before <select as of date on "To" field>
- Standard Sublist Filter: Account is <select statistical account>
4. Under the Results tab, mark Show Totals checkbox.
5. You can add more fields based on your needs or you can opt to copy the fields as shown on the screenshot below:
