List of Unfulfilled Sales Orders & Their Work Orders
When a customer orders new or additional products/parts, we create a sales order, which generates a work order for most items. However, we also add the sales order information to a list outside of NetSuite so that we can track whether it's been completed and do include other information. I want to eliminate the external list and use NetSuite. I want a report or saved search that can show the following for unfulfilled orders:
- Customer name
- Sales order #
- Date ordered
- Sales order status (i.e., packed, shipped, etc.)
- Shipping method on the sales order
- Expected ship date
- Item name/number
