"Approve Sales Orders" bulk process skipping workflows?
We have a very simple approval workflow for sales orders on certain terms. The workflow itself works as expected when manually approving the sales order. But when we use the bulk process Sales Orders to Approve ("Approve Sales Orders"), the sales order gets approved and is set into Pending Fulfillment status, however, the workflow status is still "Pending Approval". Why wouldn't a native NetSuite process (approve sales orders) adhere to the workflow and move it to the next step? Any help is greatly appreciated.
