NSC | Missing Lot Numbers in the Inventory Detail pop-up when doing negative Inventory Adjustment
Scenario:
While attempting to reduce the inventory of a Lot-Numbered Item, a user encounters an issue where the lot numbers are missing from the drop-down list on the Inventory Detail pop-up of the Inventory Adjustment form. This problem arises specifically when dealing with negative quantity adjustments.
Solution:
The root cause of this issue is there is no available quantity for those lot numbers in the selected Location. When performing a negative inventory adjustment for Lot-Numbered Items, it is crucial to verify that the selected Location in the Inventory Adjustment form has the required stock.
