Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | Rereleased Backordered Items Not Reflecting in the Existing Wave
Scenario:
Re-release Backordered Lines feature is enabled in the user's account but the re-released backordered items are not reflecting in the existing wave.
Solution:
This issue arises due to the status of the pick tasks. For the existing wave to be updated with the backordered items, the pick task status must be “Ready” or “Pending”. If the pick task status is “In Progress” or “Done”, the system will not update the original wave, but will instead create a new wave for the backordered items.
To resolve this, ensure that the pick task status is “Ready” or “Pending” before generating the wave for the updated sales order. This will allow the existing wave to be updated with the backordered items.
