NSC | Inventory Snapshot > Add Inventory Status
Scenario:
User wants to add Inventory Status field in the Inventory Snapshot Report.
Solution:
The Inventory Status field is not natively supported in the standard Inventory Snapshot Report.
However, there are a couple of possible workarounds:
- Build a Saved Search that replicates the Inventory Snapshot Report and add the Inventory Status field in the Results subtab.
- Add a Custom Field on the Item record. Use a Scheduled Workflow or Map/Reduce Script to populate this field with the current inventory status per item. Once the field is populated, you can reference it in reports, including the Inventory Snapshot.
