NSC | Cannot Change WMS Location

edited Jul 15, 2025 2:55AM in Accounting / ERP

Scenario:

The user is working with NetSuite WMS, but only one location is visible and it defaults to that location. The user has already reviewed and followed the guidance from SuiteAnswer ID 106769 and SuiteAnswer ID 95385, but the issue still persists.

Solution:

While the steps outlined in SuiteAnswer IDs 106769 and 95385 typically resolve this issue, if the problem continues, it may be due to a simple caching issue. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back into NetSuite and test WMS again.

Best Practice:
Always start troubleshooting WMS display or login issues by clearing the cache first. If the problem remains, then proceed with following detailed guidance from relevant SuiteAnswer articles. This often saves time by eliminating client-side display or session-related problems early on.
