NSC | Cannot Login Using Specialized User: WMS
Scenario:
User wants to log in in WMS using the specialized WMS role but encountering an error, "Login access has been disabled for this role".
Solution:
Since we do not use SAML SSO to access NetSuite or the app, we must customize the role to remove the SAML Single Sign-on permission. Otherwise, we may encounter an error since the role has Full access to SAML Single Sign-on by default.
To resolve the issue, customize the role to remove the SAML Single Sign-on permission.
• Setup > User/Roles Role > Manage Roles
• Click Customize beside the Specialized User: WMS role
• Change the name to your preferred custom name
