NSC | WMS Cycle Count > Encountering An Error
Scenario:
The user encounters the following error when performing a WMS Cycle Count:
"You have entered an Invalid Field Value INVALID_KEY_OR_REF for the following field: custrecord_wmsse_nsconfirm_ref_no"
Solution:
This error can be caused by missing or invalid field values that the system expects during the cycle count process. Here are a few possible causes to check:
- Check if the Department field is mandatory in your Cycle Count
- Check if account is set under Accounting tab of the Item record
- Check is Tax Period is set
