NSC | WMS > Inventory Transfer > Encountering An Error
Scenario:
The user encounters the error message: "An error occurred. Contact your account administrator" when performing an Inventory Transfer via WMS. This error appears specifically for certain locations.
Solution:
To address the error encountered:
- Navigate to Lists > Supply Chain > Bins
- Click the Customize button to add the Location as an Available Filter
- Set the Location filter to the [affected location]
- Open the [affected bin]
- Edit the WMS Bin Location Type field to Blank/Null
- Save changes
After making these adjustments, try the Inventory Transfer again to see if the error is resolved.
