NSC | WMS > Allow Mixed Items and Lots On Specific Bins

Scenario:

The user wants to enable the WMS Mix Items in Bins (which allows items of different types to be stored together in a bin) and WMS Mix Lots in Bins (which allows different lot numbers of the same item to be mixed in a bin) features, but only for specific bins.

Solution:

Unfortunately, since these features are configured at the item level rather than the bin level, you cannot apply this preference to individual bins. The control is based on the item record, not the bin record, meaning that the features will be enabled for all bins containing that item.
