NSC | Saved Search > Available Serial Numbers
Scenario:
The user wants to create a saved search that lists available serial numbers, excluding those with a "Picked" or "Packed" status.
Solution:
To achieve this, you can create an Inventory Balance type Saved Search.
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Use Inventory Balance type Saved Search
3. In the Criteria subtab > Standard:
-Item: Is Serialized Item is true
-Available is not 0
4. In the Results subtab: (as necessary)
-Item
-Location
-Inventory Number
-On Hand
-Available
-Committed Quantity (Per Serial/Lot Number & Location)
5. Click Save or Save & Run
