NSC | Bin Putaway Worksheet > No Status Dropdown Available
Scenario:
A user is attempting to complete a Bin Putaway using the Bin Putaway Worksheet, but encounters an issue: the “Status” dropdown is blank or empty for a line item. As a result, they are unable to proceed with the putaway.
- At the time of receiving the item (via Item Receipt), the “Use Bins” option was not enabled on the item record.
- After the receipt, they enabled “Use Bins” on the item, which caused the item to appear on the Bin Putaway Worksheet.
- However, because the item was not initially received with bin tracking, it is now stuck in a limbo state
