NSC | Wave Still Showing In Progress
Scenario:
The user reports that a Wave is still marked as “In Progress”, even though the corresponding order has already been shipped and billed.
Solution:
The most common reason a Wave remains "In Progress" is that there are associated pick tasks that are still in progress. This is a key dependency in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) process.
In many cases, this issue occurs because the Item Fulfillment was manually created through the NetSuite UI rather than processed through the WMS which cause the Pick Task to not be linked in the Item Fulfillment.
