NSC | Planned Work Order > Not Showing on Mass Create page
Scenario
The user's Planned Purchase Order is not visible on the Mass Create Work Orders page. Despite the work order being firmed, adjusting the date range, location, or department does not reveal the order.
Solution
The Planned Purchase Order is not appearing on the Mass Create Work Orders page because it has not been released. For these orders to be displayed, their status needs to be both Firmed and Released.
To resolve this, navigate to the Planned Purchase Order and update its status to 'Released'. Subsequently, refresh the Mass Create Work Orders page. Configure the start date on the Planned Orders tab according to your preference, and the Planned Purchase Order should now be visible.
