NSC | Unexpected Memorized Transactions Created from the Match Bank Data Page
Scenario:
After a user created a Deposit transaction via the Make Deposit button on the Match Bank Data page, a memorized transaction of that Deposit was automatically generated. This occurred even though the user did not click the Memorize button from the Actions menu of the original transaction, and did not intend for the transaction to be memorized.
Solution:
This behavior is typically triggered by the Make Auto-Create Rule From Selected Transactions checkbox being selected at the time of reconciliation. This option enables NetSuite to automatically generate a Memorized Transaction Template based on the matched transactions on the Match Bank Data
