NSC | How to Add Column in Asset Listing Report

Scenario:

The user would like to add Class and Department on the Asset Listing report and would like it to be set it as a default format for the report moving forward.

Solution:

  1. Navigate to Fixed Assets > Reports > Customize Report Template
  2. On the Report Type, select Asset Listing Report
  3. Put a tick mark on the Set As Preferred Template box
  4. On the Customize Report tab, click Add Column button
  5. Populate Custom Label as Class / Department
  6. Select Source Field as Class / Department
  7. Click Save
  8. Click Save on the Customize FAM Report Template
  9. Regenerate FAM Asset Listing Report by going to
