NSC | Update Accounts > Error on Internal ID
Scenario:
The user would like to inactivate certain Accounts through CSV Import but gets the following error:
Solution:
The user simply needs to map the CSV fields to the corresponding NetSuite fields. Since the goal is to update specific accounts, the system requires the Internal ID of each account to identify them accurately. Therefore, the CSV import file must include the Internal ID for each account. During the import process, the user will then map the Internal ID field from the CSV to the appropriate NetSuite field using the Import Assistant.
Hope this helped!
