NSC | Expense Report Import > Common Error on Employee Name
Scenario:
The user is attempting to import an Expense Report but encounters an error during the process. This issue typically arises when there is a mismatch or inconsistency between the data in the CSV file and the corresponding employee record.
Solution:
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees, then search for and open the Employee Record of the individual in question. Note: Ensure that there are no extra spaces between the First and Last Name of the employee in the record. Double spaces can sometimes cause mismatches when importing data.
