NSC | Save Item Record > Unexpected Error > "..not a valid month"
Scenario
User cannot save an item record due to an unexpected error. This issue is likely caused by a mismatch between the date format in your user preferences and the format expected in the item record's "EXPIRY - SOONEST DATE" field.
Solution
The error occurs because the date format set for your user or role doesn’t align with what the system requires for the "EXPIRY - SOONEST DATE" field. To fix this, we’ll update your date format settings to make them compatible. Just follow these simple steps:
- Access User Preferences:
- On your dashboard, hover over the Home icon.
