NSC | Update Statistical Journal on a Closed Period
Scenario:
An accounting team member attempts to import a Statistical Journal Entry dated for the end of the previous fiscal month. That accounting period has been locked to prevent any further changes. The user is operating under a custom role that does not have the Override Period Restrictions permission. As a result, the system blocks the import and displays the error message, even though the user is authorized to make the adjustment.
