NSC | Resolve Error When Recording Lease Interest
Scenario:
The user is recording Lease Interest for a Lease record where the Lease Company is "ABC Leasing LLC" and the Currency on the Lease is "EUR (Euro)". However, when viewing the associated Vendor record for "ABC Leasing LLC", the only listed currencies are "USD" and "CAD". Since "EUR" is not listed under the Currencies subtab of the Vendor, NetSuite cannot associate the entity with a valid currency configuration, and the process fails with the error:
"ERROR_CREATING_INTEREST_JOURNAL: You have entered an Invalid Field Value EUR for the following field: entity."
