NSC | Warehouse Manager Role > Generate Wave > An unexpected error has occurred.
Scenario:
When generating a wave using Warehouse Manager Role, user is getting an error prompt: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information".
Solution:
- The reason for this error is that the system doesn't allow to generate wave with WMS Warehouse manage role, when SO was tied with one subsidiary and user / employee is tied with another subsidiary. This is the expected/ standard behavior.
- To troubleshoot this, user should make sure that the employee record and the related SO is using the same subsidiary.
