NSC | How to Reprocess a Rejected FAM Asset Proposal Record
When a FAM Asset Proposal is marked as Rejected, it cannot continue through the asset creation process. Instead of creating a new proposal, you can reset the status of the existing record to allow it to be processed again.
Follow the steps below to update and reprocess the rejected FAM Asset Proposal:
- Navigate to Fixed Assets > Searches > Proposal History > Customize
- Go to the Results tab.
- Add the field Proposal Status to the results.
- Click Submit to display the updated list of proposals.
- On the Results page, locate the FAM Asset Proposal record with: Proposal Status = Rejected
- Click Edit on the corresponding record.
