NSC | Bins Not Displaying on “Enter Bin” Screen During WMS Sales Order Picking
Scenario:
The user encountered an issue while attempting to pick a Sales Order through WMS where no bins were displayed on the “Enter Bin” screen. This occurred even though the following configurations were already verified:
- The item is bin-enabled
- The location is bin-enabled
- The item is correctly associated with bins
- The item record shows available quantity in the assigned bins
Despite these validations, the picking process still did not display any available bins during WMS picking.
Solution:
One possible cause of this issue is a discrepancy between the quantities shown on the Item Record and the quantities recognized by WMS.
