NSC | Finding SmartCounts Submitted for Recount

The user wanted to confirm whether SmartCounts submitted for recount would appear in the Smart Count mobile application. Although some counts had already been marked for recount, the user could not locate them within the SmartCount app or summary views.

Solution:
Yes, recount tasks can appear in the Smart Count mobile application. However, recounts are intentionally excluded from the standard Smart Count Summary because the summary is designed to display only primary count cycles rather than follow-up corrective actions.

To locate recount tasks:

1. Navigate to:
   Smart Count > Count Review
2. Review the task statuses, specifically:
   • Rejected
   • Recount Required
3. Open the relevant recount task from the review screen.
