NSC | Shipping Label Cannot Be Generated Due to Missing Ship From Phone Number
Scenario:
The user encountered an error while generating a shipping label stating that the Phone Number of the "Ship From" address is not set. However, the user could not initially locate where the phone number should be entered on the Location record.
Solution:
The Ship From phone number is maintained within the address details of the Location record.
To update the phone number:
- Navigate to:
Setup > Company > Locations - Open the affected Location record.
- In the Address section, click Edit.
- Locate the Phone field within the address popup window.
- Enter the appropriate Ship From phone number.
- Save the address and Location record.
