After reviewing SuiteAnswers ID 72354 and ruling out the first three common causes, the user needed guidance on how to verify whether the linked Intercompany Sales Order and Purchase Order contained mismatched line item details.
Solution:
One possible cause of this error is that the linked Intercompany Sales Order and Purchase Order do not contain matching line item details.
To verify this:
- Open the affected Intercompany Purchase Order.
- Locate the field:
- Paired Intercompany Transaction
- Open the linked Sales Order from this field.
