NSC | Comparing Original and Recount Values in Smart Count
Scenario:
The user wanted to know how reviewers can compare original count values against recount values in Smart Count. Specifically, the concern was how to determine whether a recount result differs from or matches the original count after a recount is requested.
Solution:
When a Smart Count is sent for recount, the original count values remain accessible through the related Item Count record.
To review the previous count value:
- Navigate to the Item Count List.
- Locate the Item Count record with the status:
- Recount Suggested
- Open the Item Count record.
- Go to the Item Count Details subtab.
- Review the Actual Count
