NSC | Saved Search Returning Incorrect Preferred Stock Level and Reorder Point Values

Scenario:
The user created an Item Saved Search to display inventory planning values such as Reorder Point (Min) and Preferred Stock Level (Max). However, the values returned by the saved search did not match the values shown directly on the Item record.

Solution:
This issue commonly occurs when the saved search uses the generic fields:

• Preferred Stock Level
• Reorder Point

These fields return combined values across all locations, including inactive locations, which can cause discrepancies compared to the Item record.

To correct the saved search:

1. Edit the existing Item Saved Search.
2. Replace the following fields:
   • Preferred Stock Level
     with
     Location Preferred Stock Level
