SuiteApprovals 5.00 - Approval Process Manager does not exists

Hi, I am trying to follow the guide of SuiteAnswers ID: 66990 after doing all the steps in ID: 66989. I just want to explore and use the SuiteApp Approval and setup the approval rule structure but there is no menu for the approval settings (just shows a Go to . in the help text or refering to Setup > Approval Process Manager which does not exists).

Where is the Approval Process Manager or where should you go?
