Email Template Usage Report

I am looking for a way to find out which email templates we have in the system that are being used and which are not being used. When creating a saved search on emails sent, I am unable to source the template name or ID... only the subject line. This poses a problem as we have multiple email templates with the same subject line that contain different content. Is there a more efficient or concrete method I could be utilizing?
