Hi There

I am trying to create a return authorisation for a serialised item.

I am encountering the following error when I enter the inventory details of the item to be returned:

I am creating the return authorisation transaction so the item has not already been returned.

When the sale was made, this item was marked as shipped and an item fulfilment record was created.

What is causing this error?

I can't bypass it by not entering the inventory details
