Collect Government fee for certain item

I know how to collect sales tax for an item for a sales order in NetSuite. Recently we have the need to collect a special government fee for a specific type of item.

We collect this fee on behalf of State, and submit the fee to State in a similar way as sales tax.

We use NetSuite standard sales tax.

Can anyone advise what to do in Netsuite in order to turn on such fee collection?
