Employee center role - Custom Search portlet: remove saved search results - display only Bills

Hi Forum,

We are using a custom Employee Center role type for our users who should only review/approve vendor bills in the organization.

These users are instructed to "personalize" their NetSuite dashboard once they join the company, and setup 2 "Custom Search" portlets with 2 saved search reports showing "Vendor Bills to Approve" and "All My Vendor Bills" which we've built.

However the problematic is that a 1000 other saved search reports show up in the Custom Search setup window, and users can easily start digging around too much... and see information they should not have access to.

As administrator I am aware that I can modify the "audience" of the majority of these saved search reports (unfortunately though very time consuming work since there is no mass update feature), but quite many of these saved search report are "locked" since created from bundle, and thus I cannot modify the audience, and we hit a dead end here....

Howdy, Stranger!
